Located in the ultra-posh Trousdale Estates neighborhood, their new home was built and sold by William Lauder, executive chairman of the Estée Lauder cosmetics company. Meanwhile, over in Malibu, Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea picked up a $7.5 million “architectural garden home.” Hidden behind a collection of lush foliage, the tropical-themed getaway spans 1,900 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
