For others, it’s quieter, more personal, more cautious, and sometimes, more complicated. If you’re celebrating Pride in a quiet way this year, I want you to know: it still counts. |

| Taking small steps, feeling proud of how far you’ve come, choosing joy even in private, those are acts of courage too. You don’t need to come out loudly or publicly to be valid. You don’t owe anyone your story. Pride is about you, your truth, your journey, your pace. Being vulnerable is a very scary thing to do. For many of us, it feels like the moment we’re most exposed to judgment or attack. We’ve been conditioned to believe that vulnerability equals weakness. But my friend, I want to tell you, being vulnerable is one of the most courageous things you can do. It’s being honest in a radical way. That’s why I wrote a whole blog about why vulnerability matters. Because here’s the truth: vulnerability is powerful. It’s the place where connection, compassion, and authenticity begin. Being yourself, even in small ways, is powerful! So whether you’re out, figuring things out, or keeping it all close to your chest, I see you. You’re part of this community. You belong here.
