One Book One Frankfort
We're proud to present One Book One Frankfort, a community reading project that encourages literacy and discussion as we come together to read the same book. Now through the month of April, the Library invites everyone in the Frankfort and Franklin County area to read the New York Times bestselling novel The Martian by Andy Weir. In addition to reading this exciting book, we hope you’ll participate in one of the book discussions, a film discussion, or one of the many special events offered in April.  Read more.

Audio Book Week   
As you get ready for spring break and summer vacation, don’t forget to pack an audio book or download some of the digital offerings from the Library! We will be celebrating Audio Book Week March 28 to April 2, and everyone who checks out an audio book will receive a free pair of ear buds! Read more. 

A Celebration of Poetry
In recognition of April as National Poetry Month, PSPL and Broadstone Books are proud to present “A Celebration of Poetry” on Wednesday, April 6, at 6:00pm in the Library Community Room. This event will feature readings from Kentucky poets Jonathan Greene, Sheila Bucy Potter, and Richard Taylor. Read more.
