There's so much to say about this sports bra. To say it has improved my quality of life is not hyperbole. I use these sports bras primarily for Rock Steady Boxing, a high impact, forced intensity workout for people living with Parkinson's disease. I am free to push to the next level of my workout. Along with punching and kicking a heavy bag, I'm doing burpees, jumping jacks, and running without being self-conscious, or worrying about wardrobe malfunctions.

This is my third Ultimate Sports Bra from Shefit and I am in love. Prior to finding this bra, I had a significant difficulty finding a comfortable sports bra that is not like a straight jacket to get into. So thankful for this bra.
