Esas, Actera to sell movie theater operator in €605M deal Esas and Actera Group have reportedly agreed to sell Mars Cinema Group, a Turkish movie theater operator, in a €605 million transaction. Buyers include South Korea-based theater chain company CJ CGV, which is said to be acquiring a roughly 38% interest. Esas and Actera together own 69.5% of the company. | |
