JConcepts 2007 Cadillac Escalade MT body Posted: 07 Jan 2021 08:50 AM PST As the monster truck segment evolves, options are key and with a range of sizing, wheelbase requirements, the Escalade by JConcepts fits several trucks currently on the market, including the Losi LMT. On the design side, the dramatic grille is placed front and centre with the stunning and tall front headlights to create an impact. In the world of SUV’s there is nothing more iconic than the look and stance of the Escalade. The high-slope windshield angle cuts through the air with a tightly compressed rails on top to channel air over the large cab and rear enclosure. The SUV allows a lot of space for doors and windows but also decoration space for paint and decal schemes. Following the fenders along the door lines, the Escalade is rather slim and upright and the built-in trim on the panels creates a rather accurate and durable design. The fender flares are larger in size to accommodate the monster truck sized tires like Renegades, Firestorms, Golden Years and JCT’s. The rear gate section has body lines for a large rear window and impression area for license plate blending into a wrap-around style rear bumper. Included in each body set, a clear and heavy-duty polycarbonate body, decal sheet and the paint mask for all windows. Axial 1/10 scale RBX10 Ryft 4WD Posted: 07 Jan 2021 08:41 AM PST Axial have introduced another first with the 1/10 scale RBX10 Ryft 4WD. This ready-to-run vehicle lets any RC driver experience the thrills of rock bouncer off-road action. Full-size rock bouncers refuse to stop, or even back down on the throttle, when facing steep climbs and massive rocks. So does the RBX10 Ryft 4WD. The robust, custom tube chassis is engineered from a high-strength composite plastic that withstands the hard knocks of RC off-roading, even while moving at the high speeds produced by a strong powertrain featuring a 4S-capable, 2200Kv brushless motor. Both the front and rear axles boast a rugged two-piece, solid axle design. Licensed Interco TSL Bogger tires on Raceline wheels, aided by long travel front and rear shocks, do their part to tame wild off-road tracks. These features, along with a full-time 4WD transmission, make the RBX10 Ryft a fun vehicle to send over the trails at full throttle. Exclusive Spektrum technologies, such as Smart telemetry and AVC traction control, help even new RC drivers enjoy unstoppable performance from the RBX10 Ryft 4WD. Its Spektrum DX3 radio uses DSMR technology for superior range, response, and interference resistance. The radio is also fully compatible with the Smart telemetry potential of the vehicle’s Spektrum Firma 130A Smart ESC. When using a Spektrum Smart LiPo battery, you’ll stay aware of on-board battery capacity with only a glance at the transmitter’s handy voltage level indicator. When the voltage gets low, an alarm will sound. The DX3 radio and SR6100AT receiver also support the on-demand traction control of Spektrum AVC (Active Vehicle Control) technology — included here for the first time in an Axial RTR vehicle. With an AVC system, you can dial in extra stability as needed to carve corners or nail jumps without backing off the power. You have full-throttle freedom over rough terrain, slick surfaces and loose dirt! The Axial RBX10 Ryft 4WD is ideal for beginner to intermediate RC enthusiasts who are interested in rock and ultra4 racing or crawling, over trails, dirt, gravel, rocks and more. It’s available with a striking orange or black factory-applied finish and requires nothing except a battery and charger. ZooRacing Wolverine 190mm TC body Posted: 07 Jan 2021 06:24 AM PST Presenting Wolverine, ZooRacing’s newest high-performance touring car body on the market. Featuring lots of new features to improve the handling, making it more dynamic, more contact pressure offers more stability in corners with lots more rotation. The aerodynamic efficiency has been improved again as well. The overall length has been shortened to achieve a lesser inertia and therefore a better rotation around the vertical axis. For more steering in fast corners they’ve redesigned the front and hood and made them steeper. To more easily steer the airflow along the sides over the rear wheel arches to the rear wing, to create more downforce, they have tailored Wolverine’s sides a lot. The rear is designed very even and uniform for a low centre of gravity and to ensure an easy airflow to the wing. For a consistent flow the rear fenders have been altered to minimise turbulences at the rear of the body. For a better aerodynamic efficiency they’ve elongated the roof of Wolverine. For the first time the windows at the side have an arch built in, to even out the pressure ratio of the airflow. With the rear wing the Hellcat wing has been included and improved upon even further. The wing is known for its bowed form, which fits perfectly on the bodies rear and has an extreme impact. For more structural stability and more downforce on fast tracks, they’ve included a highly efficient reinforcement rib. Especially the 0,5mm ultralight version needs high rigidity. To achieve that they have redesigned the area in front of the window shield to create more stiffness. The front fenders got a unique structure build in to prevent deflection at high speeds and accomplish overall more efficiency. On top of that all is the ZOOlite moulding process that reduces the overall weight of our standard thickness 0.7mm body shells by about 10g. This ensures the standard shells are legal for all races with minimum body weight rules, such as the ETS, while significantly lowering the overall centre of gravity. In addition, Wolverine is also available in their proven, lightweight 0.5mm variant for everyone looking for the outmost of performance. Part of the package is the revolutionary 2-step window masks that will ensure window frames of Pro quality. In a first step all windows are masked using the Step 1 masks. After the painting of the body is completed, the masks will be removed and replaced by the slightly smaller Step 2 masks that leave the window frames exposed and ready to be painted in your favourite colour. The result is highly precise without the need to pre-cut or in-body-cut the window masks, ensuring greater satisfaction and less chances of creating predetermined breaking points. The body package is rounded out by high-quality wing mounting hardware and a detailed sticker sheet including grille, head and taillights. Yokomo YD-2SXIII high traction gearbox spacer Posted: 07 Jan 2021 01:34 AM PST From Yokomo, for their drift team is this spacer set that can increase rear traction by raising the gearbox height of the YD-2SXIII. The main plate is made of 2mm thick steel and weighs about 18g, and features Yokomo engraving. Furthermore there is an aluminium plate mounted on the front side of the gearbox and an aluminium shim mounted on the front side of the upper deck. The parts contents are made for the SXIII, but it can also be used for E series and R series chassis by adding spacers. Of course, an increase in weight, increases the feeling of ground contact, but a higher differential position will increase the angle of the universal shaft and the force on the tip of the universal axle presses the tire toward the road surface resulting in more traction.
