The 17th annual New Original Works (NOW) Festival at the Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater (REDCAT) — a celebration of Los Angeles’ vibrant community of artists creating contemporary performance works — concludes Jan. 28-30, 2021.

Presented virtually from the REDCAT stage, Week Three will apply chance operation to classical Korean dance in dancer-choreographer DaEun Jung’s Byoul Part 1: 246 at 40; bring to life the history and myth of the Trojan War with a Vatican tour guide in Maria Garcia and Samantha Mohr’s Laocoön with Cabiria at 9; and invite viewers into the labyrinth of female relationships as expressed through visceral movement in Genna Moroni’s More.
