| Dear friend, As we enter the Jewish New Year - Rosh Hashanah, take a moment to pause and reflect on what took place over the past year. Looking back, it was a very challenging year, between the horrific terror attacks all around Israel that took the lives of dozens of innocent Israelis and injured many more. Zaka Tel-Aviv arrived at the scene in minutes to assist the wounded and transport those who were tragically killed. The devastating war in Ukraine. At the very inception of the war, we deployed two teams of volunteers as the first Israeli organization to send their members to assist in Ukraine. Recall the deadly rocket attacks from Gaza. The devoted Zaka Tel-Aviv recovery specialists scoured the rubble of destroyed buildings locating the terror victims. With all calamities that took place this past year, Zaka Tel Aviv was there with the people of Israel every step of the way. We led Search & Rescue missions, executed safety training sessions, implemented safety guidelines, and saved lives.
