By KELLY P. KISSEL A pair of Baton Rouge bars have seen their liquor permits pulled after law officers mentioned them while investigating two high-profile cases. An LSU student was raped after leaving on the of the bars, and then was struck and killed by a car on Burbank. Deputies say alcohol was involved, and several of those involved in the case were underage. After investigators traced things back to Tigerland, Reggie's bar lost its license at least temporarily. And in the College Drive neighborhood, the Dior night club lost its license at least temporarily after a weekend shooting left 12 wounded. Police are trying to figure out how a gun got past security. The clock is running, again, toward a solution to Baton Rouge's stormwater problems. The city-parish now has eight months to get its drainage system in order.
