Just in Oregon, the INVEST in America Act would provide:

$108 million for carbon pollution reduction
$81 million for pre-disaster mitigation
$120 million for congestion mitigation and air quality improvement
$76 million for bike, pedestrian, and other transportation alternatives and recreational trails
