Report: Facebook's Black hiring still too low

A report found that Facebook is struggling in recruiting and retaining technical employees who are Black, which has hovered around 1% since 2014 -- only moving from 1% to 1.7% over six years. Maxine Williams, Facebook's global chief diversity officer, says the company has been trying all of its recruiting strategies, and will continue to do so, but she isn't sure why the numbers don't reflect that.
