It’s no surprise that TikTok has seen explosive growth in its user base since launch. What may be surprising is just how broad its user base is, and that TikTok is not solely a platform dominated by Gen Z. In fact, TikTok revealed in a 2021 Kantar report it commissioned that 32% of its global users are aged 25–34. 

This new Jukin Media report highlights even more: 66% of millennials and 65% of Gen Z have looked up a product they saw in a TikTok ad, and both millennials and Gen Z rank TikTok as the major social platform with the most creative ads.
