GOP negotiators in the House and Senate signed off Friday on a final agreement that sweetened a key tax credit in a major overhaul of the tax code. Both Sens. Marco Rubio and Bob Corker -who had been holdouts on supporting the plan - announced earlier they'd vote for the legislation, putting the bill on solid ground for final passage next week.
