S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster’s declaration of a state of emergency on Friday put South Carolina’s law against price gouging into effect. Friday’s declaration of a national emergency in response to the novel coronavirus would have also activated the law, according to a news release from the state attorney general’s office.

KDS finds Judson Mill space for rock climbing gym

One of the first tenants of the reimagined Judson Mill will be a gym that caters to rock climbing enthusiasts. Mark Ratchford, of KDS Commercial Properties, represented Rockoon Climbing Community in the lease of 25,000 square feet of space in the old mill, which is being redeveloped as a mixed-use property.
