It was all about tight ends for Megan Shoup this time, as she outlined several reasons to target Luke Musgrave in the late rounds of Best Ball drafts. As the clear TE1 for the Green Bay Packers, he's set to shine in his second year alongside emerging talent Jordan Love at quarterback. For more insights on why Musgrave is a late-round gem, check out Megan's 2024 Best Ball late-round values article. |
Megan also highlights rookie tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders as a sleeper in Best Ball drafts. She notes the lack of competition at the tight end position in Carolina and the various ways he could be utilized as reasons he'll likely outperform his ADP. |
Dan Schneier made the case for five players he deems to be absolute steals at their current ADP. One of the players listed in this article is a rookie signal caller and I wholeheartedly agree with his assessment. For details on the five players Dan is targeting and his reasoning behind each pick, take a look at his Fantasy Football 2024 most wanted list. |
If you'd like to know which Round 2 and Round 3 wide receivers to target or avoid, Dan has you covered. In this piece highlights five wide receivers and details why they may be trending up or down. Despite a lack of in-game reps with his quarterback, there's a 1,000-yard receiver who may be even more productive than he was a season ago. |

Why Luke Musgrave is worth a late-round selection in Best Ball drafts |
Luke Musgrave was one of my favorite tight ends in the 2023 NFL Draft and he had a solid rookie season in Green Bay last season. Despite playing just 11 games, Musgrave recorded 352 yards and a touchdown on 34 receptions. Now that quarterback Jordan Love has become more comfortable in Green Bay's offense, I wouldn't be surprised to see those numbers nearly double in Year 2 as long as he's able to stay healthy. |
|
Musgrave has underrated athleticism and knows how to use his size to his advantage. At 6-foot-6 and 253 pounds, Musgrave does an exceptional job of playing above the rim. Packers tight end Tucker Kraft will absolutely cut into some of Musgrave's targets, but you'd be hard-pressed to find another tight end in Round 13 or 14 who can generate mismatches due to a unique blend of size and athleticism. |

What Makes Ja'Tavion Sanders a Best Ball sleeper |
The Carolina Panthers picked tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft , and Megan Shoup sees him as a sleeper in Best Ball drafts. Sanders has an ADP around 208, but tight ends often become a young quarterback's best friend, making the Panthers' TE1 a likely target recipient in 2024. He'll compete with Tommy Tremble and Ian Thomas for the job, with Sanders appearing to have the talent edge. |
|
Ranked at 182 by Megan, Sanders often gets picked in Rounds 16-18. He's versatile, able to line up in different positions, which enhances his value. His ability to grasp the playbook quickly will determine how much he can showcase his versatility in his rookie year. If he adapts swiftly and plays instinctively, he could be a rookie force, solidifying his status among Megan's Best Ball sleepers. 2024 Fantasy Football most wanted |
There are five players that Dan Schneier is drafting every opportunity he can, and one of them happens to be a rookie quarterback. I would've thought that the young quarterback he had his eyes on was No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams, but I was wrong. The quarterback he loves here is none other than Jayden Daniels , who was the No. 2 overall pick in this year's draft. With an ADP of 114, Daniels is an absolute steal. He's a dual threat who can get it done through the air and on the ground. |
|
He has the potential to throw for 3,000 yards while putting up 1,000 yards on the ground. The Commanders have placed a great deal of talent around him and those weapons on the flanks will find it even easier to get open as opposing defenses will place a great deal of attention on limiting Daniels' effectiveness on the ground. Due to Daniels' ability to make it an 11-on-11 game, defenses will rarely play man as they'll likely play zone to keep their vision on Daniels. |

Round 2 and Round 3 WRs to target or avoid |
Dan has provided a list of wide receivers to target or avoid in Rounds 2 and 3, and one standout is Michael Pittman. Despite posting 1,152 yards and four touchdowns last season with Gardner Minshew as his primary quarterback, Pittman's potential shines when paired with Anthony Richardson. In the limited games they played together, Pittman showcased promise, particularly with eight catches for 97 yards and a touchdown in one game. |
|
With a full offseason to develop chemistry, Pittman and Richardson could form a potent duo in the 2024 season, according to Dan. The potential for increased target share and improved offense with Richardson at the helm suggests Pittman may enjoy a breakout year ahead. |
