The big wigs at Rouses Markets cut the ribbon on the company's fourth store in Lafayette Parish this morning. It's at the corner of Verot School Road and Camellia Boulevard, in case you haven't been following, and marks two years and one day since I first reported that Rouses was interested in that piece of property.
