If you've been paying any attention at all to the news about the upcoiming season of "The Crown," you'll know that a part of the series will be devoted to the courtship and marriage between Princess Diana and Prince Charles.
One of the plotlines revolves around the iconic wedding between the doomed couple, which took place at St. Paul's Cathedral, London, in 1981.
"It was brilliant, but it might not be ... all that you'd necessarily imagined," said actor Josh O'Connor, who plays Charles in the series, in an interview on how "The Crown's" version of the wedding differs from the real event.
"This is our telling of this story," chimed in Emma Corrin, who plays Diana. "This is our interpretation of events. But I can guarantee it will be hopefully just as exciting."
"It will be as brilliant, as thrilling. Don't you worry," concluded O'Connor. |
