'Euphoria’ creator Sam Levinson has bought a 1930s Spanish hacienda most famously owned by William Randolph Hearst’s son David Whitmire Hearst. Located in the rugged mountains above Beverly Hills, the estate includes a large main house with canyon views, a big backyard studded by mature trees, and a swimming pool. And on the other side of town, one of Harry Gesner's most famous creations is making a splash in Malibu. Listed for $50 million and known as Wave House, the property was once owned by Rod Stewart.
