This is a super light and fluffy bread made from just a few ingredients. It's great for those on low carb or ketogenic diets, as it's made of just eggs, cream of tartar, and cream cheese. You could also use greek yogurt in place of the cream cheese. Both versions produce fabulous results. This bread is great with nut butters and jams, but also holds up well when used for sandwiches.
