The Real Estate & Development Summit will feature speakers and panel discussions focusing on real estate development trends in the Central Penn area.

Attendees will be decision makers from a variety of industries, including, but not limited to: commercial real estate, property management, transportation and logistics accounting and banking, and architecture and engineering municipal leadership and land planning. Top Projects is a new inaugural recognition program to honor the best building and construction projects in the area over a 12-month span. Our 2024 Top Projects winners will be announced after Labor Day!

8:30 a.m. - Welcome and keynote speaker followed by Q&A

9:15 a.m. - Break & exhibits

9:30 a.m. - Top Projects awards celebration

10:15 a.m. - Panel discussion will focus on Adaptive Reuse and will highlight how the industry is repurposing real estate to stimulate the market by lowering prices and increasing inventory.

11:15 a.m. - Continued networking and exhibit tables
