Dr. Kay Stepper is Head of the Regional Business Unit Driver Assistance and Automated Driving, and Vice President of Engineering for the Chassis Systems Control division of Robert Bosch LLC in Plymouth, Michigan.

He is responsible for the product and business development of automotive driver assistance products and systems in North America.
