SBA offers expedited bridge loans for small business

The U.S. Small Business Administration will offer expedited Express Bridge loans to small businesses awaiting long-term financing options. Loans up to $25,000 with a seven-year limit will be issued by existing SBA Express lenders to small businesses in a declared disaster area.

North Charleston shopping center sold for $17.1M

The Shoppes at Centre Pointe has sold for $17.1 million to Olympic Property Management, a property management company based in Sugar Hill, Ga. The shopping center, completed in 2006, is anchored by Ashley Furniture, Staples and Dollar Tree and is 98% leased.

Columbia City Council passes stay-at-home order

City of Columbia residents must shelter at home unless providing or requiring an essential service, according to the ordinance. The measure contains a list of essential services that will remain open.
