The New Year has barely started and yet there is so much that we would like to share with you in this newsletter. First, we would like to thank our customers who took part in our customer satisfaction survey. You help us to improve continuously our services. The survey results are to be found in this newsletter. In recent months, we have entered into new cooperation agreements. They are certainly in the interest of our customers. This enables us to optimise our delivery service. One product improvement is the BDF 200-SD control panel, which now has an integrated SD interface. Apart from that, we will also tell you more about our new subsidiary in Japan. And for those who missed the Hygienic Design Day in our tec.nicum, you will find a short summary here.

Survey demonstrates high level of customer satisfaction

A high level of customer satisfaction overall was recently demonstrated by a telephone survey, which Schmersal carried out amongst its customers in Germany in cooperation with the Kay Forge agency. 97% of respondents would recommend Schmersal to others. The Schmersal Group is extending its range of control panels with the new BDF 200-SD model. This product variant now has a built-in SD interface.
