Employers across a range of industries are placing more value on voluntary benefits to recruit and retain an increasingly diverse workforce, a Willis Towers Watson survey revealed. Identity theft protection, pet insurance, critical illness insurance and student loan repayment programs are among the voluntary benefits employers expect to add over the next couple of years in an effort to appeal to younger employees.
