After long hard work, followed by many meetings and development of various negotiation documents, the Western Balkan Countries (SEETO Members) Serbian authorities – Macedonian authorities and Albania authorities – Montenegro authorities have finalized and signed some of the most important Boarder Crossing protocols derived from Vienna Summit Soft Measures. |
