Inside Out- The movie "Inside Out" provides excellent context for social and emotional learning that, amongst other things, helps students to visualize how our brains are wired and how life experiences can lead to a reorganization of the way we think and interpret emotions. This film can also be a great springboard to facilitating conversations around our own emotions and development of a deeper emotional intelligence.
