Amazon will stop screening employees for marijuana use, except for workers under Department of Transportation regulation, the company announced in a blog post from Dave Clark, CEO of Worldwide Consumer. Clark also stated the company is backing the The Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement Act of 2021, which "would legalize marijuana at the federal level, expunge criminal records, and invest in impacted communities."
