A Message From the Editor The high-profile dispute between premier personal injury firm Kline & Specter and its former associate Thomas Bosworth appears to be resolving, as the parties have entered praecipes to settle several of the lawsuits the attorneys filed against each other. None of the parties are commenting so far, but reporter Aleeza Furman has details about what has led up to the accords, including a California judge recently commenting that “When I read the papers, I just sense this very personal, antagonistic residue that I don’t think is in the best interest of anybody.” Also, we have a look at a new financial report finding that the legal industry is retaining its strong momentum from earlier in the year.
