Good Morning! Another U.S. law firm is shuttering its doors in Mainland China, Jessica Seah writes, although it is retaining its office in Hong Kong. Also, Amy Guthrie reports that CMS has tapped a partner from its office in Peru to lead the firm in Latin America.
