Shelly Simonds to legally challenge ti e results in 94th District race

Shelly Simonds, the Democrat running in the 94th District House of Delegates race, will file legal motions on Wednesday asking to suspend the decision that three judges made last week declaring a tie in the Newport News race, calling the court’s decision a “clear legal error.”
