THE JAGUAR IS IN TROUBLE.

In recent decades, the area where this magnificent feline lives has reduced by 50 per cent due to the destruction of its habitat, illegal hunting, the reduction of food sources, and the human-jaguar conflict.

There are currently 170,000 jaguars living from Mexico to Argentina. Although this may sound like a lot, their future is uncertain – underlined by the recent fires in the Amazon that killed, injured or displaced between 400 and 1,500 jaguars.

International Jaguar Day takes place on Friday 29 November. Please use this opportunity to help this amazing animal!

WINS FOR OUR PLANET

The world’s first five-nation reserve on the cards, with major benefits for people and nature, is set to become a reality after an application was submitted to UNESCO.

With a total area of around 930,000 hectares and a length of 700 kilometres, the shared nature and wildlife along the Mura, Drava and Danube rivers will become Europe's largest river protection area.

NO MORE EXCUSES

It has been shown that by moving to a more sustainable food system, we could make $5.7 trillion in economic gains each year, free up 1.5 billion hectares of land from agriculture and more.

Transforming our food system isn’t just good for the global economy’s bottom line, or for planetary health, it also creates opportunities for businesses.
