Ask anyone on my team about who I’m thinking about when I make my wines and they’ll all say: it’s you, the drinker. But I’m going to let you in on a little secret; the Rosé I make for me. When I’m crafting this wine in the cellar I’m thinking: are you guzzle-able on a 100+ degree day in Paso, worth lugging in a cooler to the beach, and something I can pair with my favorite summer meals? The 2024 El Paso Rosé is everything I dream of: playful, delicate, floral, and racy. Inspired by the native lupine that covers our vineyard’s hillsides and as an homage to the lavender farm that our property once was. Eschscholzia Californica, the California poppy, is my inspiration for the 2024 El Paso White. My goal with this wine is simple, less is more. Just as the poppy flourishes when given the space and time to do so, I’ve always liked my whites hands-off. The newest rendition of this wine takes “unadultrated” to the next level. Bottled straight out of a concrete egg with no filters in between, this wine is unfined and unprocessed. Just honest juice - the way it's meant to be. These grapes were born on limestone and raised in concrete with a straightforward goal: summer in a glass. Buy it, chill it, crush it! | | GET WHITE |

| | | ***Please note: the rose and white were never fined or filtered so they will have natural sediment and tartrates. Not to worry, just unadulterated winemaking at work. Please store these wines at a cellar temperature of 55-60 degrees. Chill 1 hour prior to enjoying the wines.***
