From the coronavirus to the end of the third-party cookie, change in marketing and advertising has accelerated over the last year and the Digiday Marketing and Advertising Awards Europe will recognize the companies and campaigns that have responded best.

This year, we've introduced six new categories to reflect those shifts:

  • Best Use of Data: Awarding a strategy that most successfully achieved campaign goals through the use of data
  • Most Engaged Brand Community: Awarding the brand with the most passionate community
  • Best Media Plan: Awarding the media plan that has most effectively and efficiently executed a campaign
  • Best Creative: Awarding the best and most engaging ad creative
  • Best Branding Campaign: Awarding a branding campaign on at least one or more digital platforms with a purpose to build and enhance a brand's image and identity
  • Best Use of Mobile: Awarding the campaign that successfully engaged audiences on mobile
