A visit to Alsace isn't complete without a stop at a winstub! Meaning "wine living rooms" in Alsatian, winstubs are known for warming bodies and hearts with their simple and generous cuisine. On the menu: tarte flambée, sauerkraut, baeckeoffe, liver quenelles, roasted Munster, and other tasty specialties.
