Organizers have created a filter for Snapchat users to take selfies with the Capitol building in the background, or a big display filled with other selfie takers. It's a new world, for sure. 2. GM and Cruise Team Up With Microsoft To better speed up the commercialization of self-driving cars, Microsoft is partnering up on the tech. Cruise will use Azure, while GM will use Microsoft's cloud services. The tech company will invest $2 billion into Cruise, as well. 3. Apple Aims to Spotlight Podcast Creators Now that podcasts are getting some much-needed attention from users stuck at home, Apple's turning its attention to discovery.
