The winners of the South West Dealmakers Awards for 2020 have been revealed via Insider’s South West Dealmakers Online Forum, sponsored by EY, LDC and Royds Withy King. The forum included a panel and audience discussion examining the impact of the Covid crisis on the deals and funding market in 2020, and looking ahead at what the market might do in the year to come. The event heard from a range of speakers, including Dewi Hughes of LDC, Alison Whistance of Thincats, James Worrall of Royds Withy King and Matt Eves of EY. The traditional dealmakers black tie dinner could not be held this year as a result of ongoing Covid restrictions.
