These terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions that are applicable to your use of and access to the Website (together the "Terms") govern your use of the Website and set out the rules of participation in the Offer. By availing the Offer, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept these Terms and you agree to be bound by the Terms.
In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms, results and all other matters relating to the Offer, Emirates decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Offer terms and conditions:
• Customers purchasing the Eligible Flights (defined below) can enjoy a complimentary ticket to La Perle show subject to the below terms and La Perle terms and conditions (the “Offer”).
• To avail of the Offer, you must, during the Sale Period, book and pay in full for an Emirates operated return flights to final destination Dubai [DXB] at emirates.com/ originating from Amsterdam with travel to commence within the Travel Period (“Eligible Flights”).
• Flight tickets must be purchased for return journeys. One way flight tickets as well as tickets with final Emirates flights destination being not Dubai [transiting Dubai and/or tickets with a stopover in Dubai] will be not be eligible for the Offer.
• Emirates flight tickets are at all times subject to availability and Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
• La Perle complimentary tickets Offer is inclusive of La Perle admission entry only and does not include any additional products, services, transportation, entertainment and/or food and beverage.
• La Perle ticket is only valid on the show day selected during the booking and displayed on the La Perle ticket. It will not be carried over to future dates.
• La Perle ticket issued under this Offer is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
• La Perle ticket issued under this Offer has no cash value, may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid towards previously purchased La Perle tickets.
• In case of cancellation of the Eligible Flights, the related La Perle promo code and complimentary ticket(s) will be voided without any notification.
• La Perle show operates on Tuesdays through Fridays at 7:00pm and 9:30pm, and on Saturdays at 4:00pm and 7:00pm. The schedule is subject to change at any time.
• La Perle shows are always subject to availability and performance schedule.
• Children under the age of two (2) years are not permitted into the La Perle Theatre. La Perle encourages guests under the age of eighteen (18) years to be accompanied by an adult.
• On entry, customer may be asked to display a valid photo identification document such as original government issued ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the La Perle ticket.
• Customer can upgrade at his own cost his La Perle ticket issued using this Offer at the La Perle box office prior to the show based on availability. The complimentary ticket will only be upgradable to Silver or Gold categories and customer must pay the additional amount directly at the box office based on the best available rates at the time of purchase.
• By availing of the services, the customer is deemed to have accepted the La Perle Terms and Conditions available on their official website www.laperle.com/en.
• The La Perle ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
• Emirates accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by an individual as a result of entering or availing the Offer whatsoever for any reason including without limitation to an event cancelation. This exclusion does not include any liability for death or personal injury caused solely by the negligence of Emirates.
• Emirates will not be responsible for any lost or damaged La Perle ticket or for the closure of La Perle, its shows and/or facilities for any reason.
• Availing the Offer does not confer on the individual any rights in or over any intellectual property arising in connection with the Offer. Any Terms which are held to be invalid in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by such valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Terms.
• Emirates reserve the right to modify or vary the Offer and/or these Terms at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Dubai, and as applicable the UAE, and the Dubai courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising. |
