Sonovia’s Sonomask has undergone external laboratory tests, which successfully corroborated that its unique and permanent fabric impregnation of Zinc oxide nano-particles have a strong antiviral effect that successfully deactivates 99.35% of COVID-19 particles even after 55 wash cycles. Sonovia's ultrasound-based technology uses a process called cavitation, which durably coats the individual textile fibers with its carefully engineered proprietary solutions.  This ensures the fabrics stay protective for longer and allows them to be reusable and washable.
