He is younger than Thibaut Pinot, who won in 2012 at Porrentruy at 22 years, 1 month and 9 days, and Peter Sagan, who claimed a stage on the same Tour at Seraing at 22 years, 5 months and 5 days. If Marc Hirschi had won this stage, he would have been the one becoming the youngest winner of the century at 22 years and 13 days. | |
