I’m having so much fun planning this year’s Fourth of July menu! Watermelon is a must, of course, but check out our roundup of fresh ways to use the fruit in some creative recipes (I’m partial to our Watermelon Halibut Ceviche). I’ll need protein on the grill, and Grilled Ginger-Pork Meatballs are the perfect flavor-packed solution. Lastly, a versatile and chillable bottle of wine is required.
