NARVESON | Staff writer The Louisiana Supreme Court reversed itself Wednesday by endorsing a 3-year window for childhood sexual abuse survivors to file legal claims regardless of when the alleged abuse happened. The court previously tossed the legislation as unconstitutional. The ruling is a big deal for Roman Catholic dioceses across the state and hundreds of survivors of childhood abuse by priests and deacons. Stephanie Riegel has the full story.
