There might be another reason to savor a morning cup of coffee: Extra years of life. People who drank moderate amounts of coffee lived longer than those who abstained, say researchers conducting one of the largest studies in the world of people in their 90s. The sweet spot for caffeine was 200-400 milligrams a day, or about two cups of coffee.
