Tips to creating authentic content that resonates Research indicates there's a huge disparity between the authentic content brands think they're delivering and that which consumers say they're seeing, writes social media expert Arik Hanson. To avoid producing content that appears too staged or stilted, Hanson suggests enlisting employees to craft user-generated content, post unrehearsed behind-the-scenes footage and test live and unscripted videos. Startup moving industry marketplace Shyft raises $16M Shyft, a startup that developed a marketplace for moving companies, raised $16 million in its Series B funding round. Attorney general takes Connecticut's M&T Bank to task Connecticut Attorney General William Tong has contacted M&T Bank with a list of complaints he received after a problematic integration of its systems with those of People's United Financial, which it acquired last year, stating: "Customers have been blocked from online accounts and phone apps, wait times in branches and on the phone have been unacceptably long, real estate closings may have been delayed and otherwise complicated, automatic payments have been disrupted, among other complaints."
