This month's newsletter reflects on some great wins which include the dream of winning the rainbow jersey coming true in our racing recap, we tell you more about how we find the most talented riders in the sport and we've got a rider diary from Oscar Onley who looks back on his first season in the Men's program and the unfortunate early end to his first Grand Tour.
