Biography
"I often wonder what is the purpose of a painter's life. I truly believe there is power in Art, a painting can heighten our senses and grace one's soul with pure joy. Brushing strokes of energy on canvas I try to express the innate beauty surrounding me. Whether I am exploring the abstract possibilities of paint, inebriated by the colors found while painting outdoors or adhering directly to my studio set up, one things remains constant ~ I become mesmerized by the beauty of light. Painting is not just my passion but my addiction. It is my intent to create serene but compelling images, letting emotion guide my work. I know that painting makes me a better person but it is my hope that my artwork can bring joy into your home."
