Sugar rush: The Sugar Bowl game kicks off tomorrow night, with a college football playoff game featuring Georgia and Notre Dame. But for the city’s merchants, the Sugar Bowl actually kicks off days before that, when the fans begin arriving, Stephanie Riegel reports.
