FINE ART, ANTIQUES & JEWELLERY AUCTION Wednesday 21st June Alongside enjoying this beautiful sunny weather why not spend a few moments this weekend taking a look at our next specialist fine art, antiques and jewellery auction. We have a whole host of beautiful objects looking for a new home with something to suit all styles, rooms and tastes. A variety of stunning diamond and gem set pieces are the stars of the jewellery section with a striking two stone diamond crossover ring and a ruby and diamond trilogy ring taking the top spots at £6000-8000 each. However, if watches are your vice then a Gentleman’s 18ct gold and diamond Constellation wristwatch could be yours for £5000-7000. Traditional paintings compliment the contemporary with a Victorian oil by Thomas Sidney Copper R.A. titled ‘Cattle Resting’ being offered for £5000-8000 alongside a 1970’s mixed media study by Graham Sutherland OM in for £4000-6000. We also have an ever popular Louis Wain cat illustration estimated between £2000-3000. In addition to these individual attractions we’re also thrilled to be offering a private collection of Caughley porcelain comprised of 28 lots. The local history of Caughley means it always draws strong interest when offered at Halls and we’re sure this group will be no exception! |
