Oct. 4, 2021 The FBI said Monday that three men from Lindstrom, Minn., have been arrested on suspicion that they committed criminal acts at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6. More detailed information is forthcoming on the nature of the crimes the men are accused of. So far five Minnesotans have been charged with crimes associated with the storming of the Capitol in Washington. Most are facing charges of illegally entering the Capitol, like Jonah Westbury, another man from Lindstrom, who was arrested in April. Another Minnesotan, Brian Mock of Minneapolis, was charged with assaulting a federal officer in the wake of the riots. Mock was arrested in June. The latest arrests are likely to bring the number of Minnesotans facing charges to eight.
