| The 2024 NFL Combine gets underway this week, signaling the conclusion of the NFL pre-draft circuit for prospects. The only remaining steps for this year's NFL hopefuls will be pro days and visits to team facilities. While the NFL Combine isn't the be-all and end-all, it provides talent evaluators with an opportunity to observe players they've scouted up close. NFL front offices will also gain access to numbers that either contributed to or detracted from a player's success at the collegiate level. |

| Once again, a player's performance at the Combine should never cause their stock to rise or fall significantly, but it does help to round out a prospect's profile. With the on-field drills set to begin Thursday, February 29, Heath Cummings has recapped a three-round Superflex rookie-only mock draft that saw the majority of the top running backs in the 2024 NFL Draft fall to the final two round. Heath also ranked the top 12 rookies in the 2024 NFL Draft in his SuperFlex Dynasty rookie-only rankings. |

| Our inaugural Dynasty rookie draft of the 2024 season was a PPR SuperFlex mock comprised of 12 teams and three rounds of picks. The SuperFlex format typically means that quarterbacks will likely fly off the board. As expected, Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, and Drake Maye all went in the first round. Notably, J.J. McCarthy also managed to sneak into the first round. |

| While the quarterbacks were indeed hot commodities, there wasn't much of a demand for running backs. I think this is a byproduct of this running back class not quite measuring up to the 2023 running back class. With that said, Wisconsin running back Braelon Allen was the only running back selected in the first round of this mock draft while Trey Benson (my favorite running back in the 2024 NFL Draft) was the fourth running back off the board. |

| Heath typically reserves his takes on the incoming rookie class until early April, but he did manage to list his top-12 prospects earlier this week. The goal is to expand the list a top 24 by the end of this week and then grow the list to a traditional top 36 with rankings for multiple formats when April rolls around. |

| What stood out to me about Heath's list was just how high Marvin Harrison was rated, despite the fact that he has recently opted out of all NFL Combine and pro day activities. Though he's widely regarded as a can't-miss prospect, I wouldn't be shocked to see other WRs such as Malik Nabers, Rome Odunze, and Troy Franklin elevate their draft stock in his absence. |
