Our May Supper Club menu has been finalized! Join us this coming Sunday for a farm-to-table-themed, guided, six course, prix fixe menu, featuring Desert Wind wine pairings. First course Potato and leek soup with chive oil and chives Second course Grilled asparagus with house made hollandaise sauce Third course Fiddlehead salad with local spring mix, fresh spring onion, herbs, and garlic tossed in a lemon vinaigrette Fourth course Anderson Valley grilled rack of lamb with rhubarb chutney and potato puree Fifth course Pure Country pork belly with sunchoke puree, topped with black garlic puree and pickled sunchoke Dessert Rhubarb crisp with house made vanilla ice cream
